I am holding a charity golf day on the 25th May in aid of the following charities Stick (n) Step Help the Heroes Liverpool Heartbeat and End Polio Now.

More Charity Activities
I will be taken part in a relay to cycle across AMERICA from Washington to LA in August 2012 the team is called tri-4-life this will be my biggest challenge to date the distance is 3000 miles in three weeks.
I Have just been down to the HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT to meet the speaker JOHN BIRSCO AND BARONESS DESOUZA AND MP ESTER McVEIGH in relation to this.
Also
I am doing 5th Ironman (Wales) Sept 2012, The Liverpool marathon 2012, also swimming across the Mersey in July all in aid of those charities.
